We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and run the site. No selling, no ad tracking.

This policy explains what personal information cubekb studio ("we") collects on cubekb.com, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect

Visit statistics
We count visits with our own anonymous statistics, kept on our own server. We don't store your IP address, use no cookies for it and don't follow you across days: each visitor is counted with a code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. We also count whether a visit led to adding to the cart or opening checkout, to see how the shop is working. These statistics are kept for up to 400 days and are never shared.
The site uses no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
Cookies and local storage
We only use storage the site needs to work:
- A Designer sign-in cookie to keep you logged in
- Browser local storage to remember your language, theme, your cart and a temporary order access token
None of this is used for tracking or advertising, so no consent banner is needed.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to deliver the service:
- PayPal — payments and refunds
- Carriers and customs brokers — delivering your parcel (name, address, phone, customs declaration)
- Resend — sending Designer account verification emails
- Tencent Cloud — hosting the site and database (servers in Seoul, South Korea)
We don't sell your personal information or use it for marketing unless you opt in.
International transfers
We're based in China, our servers are in South Korea and some providers are in the United States, so your information is transferred to these places to fulfil your order. We share it only with the providers needed to complete it.
How long we keep it
- Orders: 5 years, for support, warranty and tax records
- Designer accounts: until you delete the account
- Email: up to 2 years after the matter is resolved
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time. Order records we're legally required to keep are deleted when that period ends. Rights under GDPR (EU), UK GDPR and the CCPA (California) apply where relevant.
Email cubekb_studio@outlook.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes
When we update this policy we change the "Last updated" date above, and we'll flag significant changes on the site.
